Delivery Policy

At Nancy Pearce Bronze, we sell bronze sculptures. We deliver our products to clients via all major delivery providers, including, USPS, UPS, FED EX, among others.

Delivery Terms

Deliveries for orders placed through or by our site are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party delivery providers delivering your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided the correct contact information and delivery address. We are not responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide for orders made through or by our Site.

We will endeavor to provide you with expected delivery times, but cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the expected range of the delivery time. There may be delays in fulfilling or delivering your order that are outside of our immediate control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or special event delays.

Refunds

We may offer returns in the following conditions:

If you no longer wish to own the Nancy Pearce Bronze within 90 days.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the product. (Actually I’d likely still accept a return months or years lately because my costs to make it have only gone up since then.)
You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it. (There IS no use for a Pearce Bronze! So I want you to like it and want to own it!)
You received the service/product and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of the receipt. (Tsk tsk… message me and we’ll work something out.)

Taxes

Sales tax has been applied to your order made by or through our Site through the price displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

At Nancy Pearce Bronze, we are NOT (with many, if not most, exceptions) accepting returns at this time. All sales are final(ish). No returns can be made (not!) but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
