My first tube cast in bronze was a tube of toothpaste, but it was often mistaken as a tube of oil paint, like the bagels are often thought to be donuts. But now here’s an actual tube of oil paint cast in solid bronze. The original metal tube was very satisfying in its original form with the thick paint and the way the folds of the metal tube rigidly retain their shape. I love a metal tube and wish toothpaste still came in one. I know there’s fancy ones you can buy… but none so fancy as the Nancy Pearce solid metal! :)
